Locking? Internal fittings? etc., then all you will need to do is call the order line.  Safes4u will “NOT” hold any of your details on file and will not pass them on to any third party.

The Price - shall be that as stipulated by safes4u published price list, current at the date of order of the Product/s

Payment - Is on Receipt of invoice and can be made by Bank transfer or by cheque. For corporate customers there are payment terms of 30 Days on receipt of invoice.

Payments Overdue / Unpaid - Please note that a charge of 5% will be applied to any late or unpaid invoices on a weekly basis of the total value of the order until payment has been received

Ownership - All products remain the property of safes4u until paid for in full.

Delivery - Unless stated otherwise standard delivery charges apply.
Free Delivery - This will be to the ground floor / or a curb side drop off only, and not including steps or stairs with no fix down. Deliveries will be carried out Monday – Friday between 9am - 5pm. All our range of safes, lockers and cabinets include a standard delivery charge unless stated or otherwise agreed within the UK mainland, and assumes that all obstructions and obstacles will be removed, it also assumes that all doorways en-route will be wide enough to accommodate your purchase. If you are not certain that your delivery route meets with the above criteria, then please contact safes4u, and we will be pleased to quote you a price for your delivery, or alternatively if it is a particularly difficult delivery with one of the heavier safes, then a surveyor will attend site to assess the particular problem (there may be a additional charge for this service). Our price does not include the fitting of the self install safes such as wall, floorboard or under floor safes. All orders for safes and fire resisting cabinets up to 500kg will normally be delivered within 3 - 10 working days, but orders for items above this weight could exceed this time limit. Fix Down - If a delivery requires a full fix down of the ordered unit, and the area of where the unit is to be sited is not yet ready, or if the fix down site has not yet been specified, then the unit will be left within the area of the fix down site (unfixed). If you require the unit to be re-sited or fixed down or both at a later date then an additional charge will be levied for the work to be carried out

Aborted Delivery - The customer must be on site, at home or have a previously agreed a drop-off Arrangement, (A re-delivery charge will be levied against the customer if he/she is not on site or at home).

Guarantee - All products come with the manufacturers 1 year warranty for your complete peace of mind. In the unlikely event of your security product being damaged in transit or in any other way defective, we will either replace or repair as appropriate.

Safe Cans - If your safe can has been damaged in the post, you must notify Royal Mail within 7 days of receipt. A claim should be made against Royal Mail for the damaged item. No postal insurance is included, unless otherwise advised or if it has been specifially requested and paid for at the time of your order.

Goods not received - If goods are not received you should contact us as soon as possible to advise. We will supply proof of posting in order for your claim to be made against Royal Mail.

VAT - Is at the ruling rate @ 17.5% and will be added to all orders within the UK mainland

Privacy Policy - Safes4u guarantee that we will not divulge any of your details to any third party, and will only use the information provided by you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Returns Policy - Safes4u offer a seven day Returns Policy (except for special order items), effective from the date of delivery if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Goods must be returned unused, in good re-saleable condition including original undamaged packaging and with the original delivery note.

If for any reason you are not entirely delighted with any product that you buy from safes4u please call us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will be happy to exchange it for an item of equivalent value or give you a credit against any item of higher value.  Please note that customers will be responsible for the carriage and packing costs and a re-stocking charge will be levied equal to 25% of the order.

If you cannot find any other item that you would like, we will refund you for the item and a re-stocking charge equal to 25% of the order value will apply as well as a re-delivery charge.

This is in addition to the excellent manufacturers guarantees.

This does not affect your statutory rights in any way.

Any typographical or clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by Safes4u shall be subject to correction without any liability.
